Ieva Rozentāle

Ieva Rozentale is a multidisciplinary social scientist and strategist, with a focus on social and planetary well-being.


She has held a diverse spectrum of roles, including as an academic and applied researcher, a lecturer, a facilitator, a place maker, a social innovation strategist, an environmental activist, a scrum master and a project lead. Ieva has deep understanding of social change, and a keen knowledge of the psychological and social levers underpinning it. She is particularly skilled at adapting her rare combination of experience and skills into creating targeted, ends focuses solutions. Having studied, lived and worked in multiple different locations around the world, she brings an intercultural perspective and cultural sensitivity to her work.


Ieva’s academic work has been specialised in the areas of cultural and urban economics, strategic organization, and innovation management. Complimenting that, her consulting and project management expertise has focused on enabling and accelerating system change in various ways.


Her professional experience in particular has revolved around creating innovative public communication strategies, enabling community-led regeneration initiatives, or facilitating experimental learning processes.


Ieva holds a BA in Intercultural Communication, and MA in Cultural Economics and is a PhD Candidate in Strategic Management and Organization.
