Hugo

Hugo, our welfare officer, checks in with his colleagues, takes them out for a walk when they have been sitting too long, encourages them to think about the relational aspect of our work and reminds us that down time on the couch can clear the head. He is also a keen participant in TCR team Boot Camp.
